Based on the F.I.R. lodged by the respondent No.2 wife, Crime No.0227/2023 came to be registered at M.I.D.C. Waluj Police Station, Aurangabad for the offences punishable under Sections 324, 323, 504 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code against the applicants. The respondent No.2 - wife is present before us. She has filed her affidavit. She gives express consent for allowing the application. The application is, therefore, allowed in terms of prayer clause (B).
