This application is taken out for transferring Hindu Marriage Petition No. 1041/2018 pending in the Court of the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Wadgaon Maval, Pune, to the Court of the Civil Judge (Senior Division) at Aurangabad.

The non-applicant-respondent has no objection if the petition is transferred. However, the submission is that the trial of the petition be expedited.

Considering that the non-applicant is serving at Pune and

2 M.C.A. No.117/2019 considering the nature of the allegations, it would be appropriate if the Trial Court decides the petition expeditiously. 4.

This application is allowed.

Hindu Marriage Petition No. 1041/2018, which is pending in the Court of the Civil Judge (Senior Division) Wadgaon Maval, Pune, is transferred to the Court of the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Aurangabad.

The Transferee Court is requested to decide H.M.P. No. 1041/2018, within twelve months of the receipt of the record. 7.
