Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP for the State.

Applicant seeks confirmation of the temporary bail granted to him by this Court on 24th May 2024. This Court has discussed the facts and also considered the facts of filing of "A" summary in favour of the applicant.

Learned APP would submit that "A" summary proceeding is pending before the higher officers for approval. 4.

It is an admitted fact that applicant was not present on the spot of incident. Allegations have been made and then proposal for "A" summary has been sent for approval. It also shows the role attributed to the applicant.

In view of the facts discussed by this Court and the statement by the learned APP, the order dated 24th May 2024 of this Court, stands confirmed.
