The learned advocate for the applicant submits that the applicant is ready to deposit total amount of Rs.2,00,000/-. However, he is arranging some amount, therefore, installments shall be granted. He, therefore, prays for weekly installment of Rs.50,000/-. 2.

Considering the order passed by this Court on 8th May, 2024, the applicant is directed to deposit Rs.50,000/- in each week from this week.
