Head learned counsel for the petitioner. The learned counsel submits that this Court, in Writ Petition No. 610/2006 with other connected writ petitions, has disposed of the matters involving same issue, wherein the admission to the D. Ed. course was cancelled with retrospective effect. The learned counsel for the respondents do not dispute that the issue involved in the present writ petition is same as in Writ Petition No. 610 of 2010 with other connected writ petitions decided on 7th December, 2010. 2.

For the reasons stated in the judgment dated 7th December, 2010 in writ petition No. 610 of 2010 with other connected writ petitions, the present writ petition is also disposed of. The impugned order passed by the respondents cancelling the admission of the petitioner is quashed and set 1/2

aside.

Needless to say that consequences shall follow. 4.

Writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs. 5.

In view of disposal of the writ petition, civil application also stands disposed of.
