The petitioner seeks a direction to the Deputy Director of Education, Latur Division to decide his representations dated 17th March 2022, 3rd April 2023, 24th April 2023, 31st October 2024 and 1st April 2025.

The learned counsel for the petitioner endeavours to persuade this Court to grant indulgence in the matter on the ground that a fraud was played upon the Court in the proceedings of Writ Petition No.12074 of 2022. 3.

Under the extant law, there is no provision for deciding representation of the complainant. All that the statutory Authority is required to take note of is that it should reflect on the objections raised by the aggrieved party. pursuant to the order in Writ Petition No.12074 of 2022, the said decision has been challenged in Writ Petition No.6352 of 2022. In this fact situation, no direction can be issued to the Deputy Director of Education to decide the representations moved by the petitioner, particularly, when the decision on merit has been rendered by him. This Writ Petition is bereft of merits and, therefore, dismissed. 4.

The petitioner has stated that he has filed Civil Application vide No.9199 of 2023 and that may be prosecuted by him before the writ Court.
