It is submitted that, after the contempt petition is filed, the proposal of the petitioners is rejected. The petitioners will have to assail the said order in appropriate proceedings. It is submitted that, the petitioners have already assailed the said order by way of separate writ petition.

As far as salary of the petitioners is concerned, the learned A. G. P. states that, the salary bills of the petitioners are already processed and the approval of the Deputy Director of Education is being sought and within a period of three weeks the salary

The said statement made by the learned A. G. P. is accepted. In view of the above, the contempt petition is disposed of. No costs.
