PER COURT :

1. Heard both the sides. It was submitted that already amount of Rs. Ten lakh was withdrawn by the original claimant. From the submissions, it can be said that the appeal is filed in respect of the amount of compensation which is above Rs. Eleven lakh. In view of this circumstance, the amount of Rs. Eleven lakh with interest already awarded can be given. It appears that the amount of Rs. Ten lakh is given. So, the remaining amount i.e. the interest amount on amount of Rs. Ten lakh and also the amount of Rs. One lakh with interest on it are to be given to the claimant. The respondents, original appellants are allowed to withdraw that amount of Rs. One lakh more. The application is disposed of.

2. Civil Application No. 9601/2014 is filed for condonation of delay of 156 days caused in filing the appeal. Heard both the sides. In view of the contents of the application, the application is allowed. Delay is condoned.

3. Notice in first appeal. It is waived by the learned counsel for original claimant. Notice to employer is made returnable on 11.8.2015.
