The petitioner seeks direction against the respondents to post the petitioner within the radius of 30 k.m. from the working place of his wife. The learned counsel submits that his wife is working at Khandoba Nagar, Taluka Shevgaon. The petitioner be posted in Taluka Shevgaon.

On the last date, we had asked the learned advocate for the Zilla Parishad to take instruction about the vacant post available in Taluka Shevgaon. The learned Advocate for the Zilla

WP No.7230/21 Parishad on instructions submits that 16 posts are vacant in Shevgaon Taluka.

The petitioner has given representation to the Chief Executive Officer on 1st of March 2021 for considering him to post in taluka Shevgaon.

The Chief Executive Officer shall take decision on the application of the petitioner (page No. 51) on it's own merits preferably within six weeks.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
