Learned advocate for the applicant submits that inadvertently, while typing the name of police station in prayer clauses, there is mistake i.e. instead of "Police Station, Pachod, Tq.Paithan, Dist.Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Rural)", it is wrongly typed as "Police Station, Paithan, Tq.Paithan, Dist.Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar". Consequently, the same is appearing in the order dated 20th August, 2024.

The learned advocate for the applicant therefore seeks leave to amend the name of police station in the application. 5.

Leave granted. The amendment be carried out forthwith. 6.

In the view of the above, in the order dated 20th August,

This Order is Speaking to Minutes order of order dated // 841.2024ABA-STM.odt 2024, the name of police station i.e. "Police Station, Paithan, Tq.Paithan, Dist.Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar" be read as "Police Station, Pachod, Tq.Paithan, Dist.Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Rural)".
