The request of the petitioners no.3 to 6, who are employed by petitioner no.1-Society, for grant of approval to their services, has been rejected by Respondent No.2-Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Jalgaon, which is subject matter of challenge in this petition.

Mr.Talhar, learned Counsel for the petitioners has invited our attention to the policy framed by the Government, as reflected in the Government Resolution dated 24th August, 2018, which, according to him, takes care of the issue, which is raised in the instant petition.

Civil Application No.5278 of 2019 is moved by the petitioners seeking directions to the Respondent No.2-Education

{2} wp898717.odt Officer to reconsider the proposal for grant of approval, in view of the Government Resolution dated 24.08.2018.

In the aforesaid background, the petition and Civil Application stand disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to approach Respondent No.2-Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Jalgaon, by satisfying the requirements of G.R. dated 24th August, 2018, so as to enable the Education Officer to consider the proposal afresh.

Needless to clarify that this Court has not examined the merits of the matter and the Education Officer shall decide the entitlement of the petitioners on its own merits without being influenced by the observations made.
