Present application was filed to bring the legal representatives of the original appellant on record with prayer for condoning the delay. It was stated that original appellant expired on 15.12.2011 leaving behind widow Smt. Padmawati. There was delay of 100 days, which was stated to be unintentional. Taking into consideration the fact that the widow was 64 years of age coming from rural area, the delay is hereby condoned and the application is allowed to bring legal heirs of deceased appellant on record. Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly. Amendment to be carried out within two weeks.
