The learned counsel for the applicants submits that, though, the demand draft is issued in the name of applicant Sarubai. In the Aadhar card her name name is wrongly recorded as Sarabai due to which the bank is not accepting the demand draft. The applicant has thereafter corrected the name in the Aadhar card, however, till that time the validity period of the draft expired. 2.

In view of the above, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'. Office to issue demand draft as per the directions of this court by accepting the expired demand draft. (V.K. JADHAV) JUDGE mub
