Prima-facie, first information report suggest that applicant had applied criminal force to prevent a public servant from discharging his duty. Applicant is 71 years old person. In my view, his custody shall not further the prosecution case. Application is therefore granted. however applicant shall file an undertaking that he shall not indulge in similar acts in future. A copy of undertaking shall be forwarded to learned APP on or before 20th July, 2021.

Thus, i) in the event of arrest of applicant in Crime No. 245 of 2021, registered with Nanded (Rural) Police Station, for the offences punishable under Sections 353, 323, 504 and 506 Indian Penal Code ('IPC' for short), he shall be released on bail on executing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with one or two sureties in the like amount.

(ii).

The applicant shall report to the Investigating Officer, on 19th, 26th and 30th of July, 2021, in between 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and thereafter as and when called by the Investigating Officer. 3.

Application is allowed and disposed of.
