Learned Advocate Mr. Bora appearing for the petitioner in Criminal Writ Petition No. 972 of 2024 as well as party-in-person appearing in Criminal Writ Petition No.973 of 2024 are absent. 2.

In both the Petitions, following is the prayer:-

cwp-972.24+ " B] By way of the Writ of mandamus, or any other writ, order or directions in the like nature to direct the respondents not to register offence /FIR against the present petitioner, in furtherance of the complaint filed by one Vishwanath Suka Patil, dated 10.04.2024 with the respondent No.2."

Writ Petition is not maintainable for such prayer. Any Court cannot pass an order or this Court cannot issue writ in the nature that not to register an offence / First Information Report. It appears that respondent No.2 has filed a complaint application on 10th April 2024 with Police Inspector, Sindkheda Police Station, Taluka-Sindkheda, District-Dhule. We expect that the police would follow the procedure.

With these observations, both the Writ Petitions stand dismissed.
