12.06.2019 P.C. :- The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of petitioner as a Peon is pending with the respondents and no decision has been taken upon it as yet. 2.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondent no.1. The learned advocate accepts notice for respondent no.2 and submits that in case the proposal is pending then the respondent no.2 would take decision upon it on its own merit.

In case the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of petitioner as a Peon (Exhibit-G Page 42) is pending with respondent no.2 then respondent no.2 shall take decision upon it on its own merit and in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within four months. Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
