Mrs.Bharaswadkar, the learned advocate, who had appeared for the Income Tax Department in the writ petition, places on record the compilation of three documents, which indicates that the Income Tax Officer has already deposited an amount of Rs.46794/- inclusive of interest, in the bank account of the petitioner in the State Bank of India, Amarpreet Branch, Aurangabad, by communication dated 20.07.2022. The accompanying documents are as regards the order of refund

In view of the above, we do not find that the Contempt Petition deserves to be considered. The same is, therefore, disposed off.
