Today the learned counsel for respondent Nos. 2 to 4 placed on record copy of death certificate in respect of the petitioner. It is taken on record.

The learned counsel for the petitioner produced on record the envelop which was addressed to the petitioner and which is returned on the ground of incomplete address. Thus, it appears that the counsel for petitioner may not be in a position to contact the widow or legal heirs of the deceased. The death took place on 19.6.2011. In view of these circumstances, the proceeding is disposed of as abated.
