The learned A.G.P. raises a preliminary objection and submits that this court may not entertain the writ petition considering the relief claimed and further states that the petitioner may have remedy by filing a suit or any other proceedings.

The petitioner is challenging the orders of a private trust. The petitioner has remedy by filing a civil suit or may also take up other proceedings as may be permissible in law. With these observations, writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
