Order :- Heard learned counsel for applicant and learned counsel for respondents No. 1 and 2. Perused the application. It appears that the applicant (original appellant) is intending to seek the compensation for which he is entitled in this case. But, appellant mentioned the meager amount of compensation in this appeal. Therefore, he seeks amendment.

In view of the nature of amendment, I do not find any impediment to allow the application. It will not change the nature of application, but the applicant intending to mention amount of compensation at the higher side. He is also ready to pay the requisite court fees for claiming the more compensation amount and prayed for. necessary amendment. Accordingly, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'A'. Requisite amendment be carried out by the next date.
