After arguing for some time, it came to light that the grievance of the petitioner is that appropriate criminal proceedings were not initiated against respondent No. 8. The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, sought permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to take such steps as are available in law in order to trigger the criminal process.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned authorities with her grievance for initiating criminal proceedings in accordance with law against the concerned persons.
