P1 & P2 MCA NO 114 of 2018 & 21 of 2019.odt learned Advocates for the respective sides moved a motion at 10.30 a.m. stating that the parties have settled the dispute between themselves and they have moved a proceeding for divorce by mutual consent and the decree of divorce has also been passed. Hence, taken on production board.

Considering the above, the communication dated 26/11/2019 from the husband along with the purshis, on affidavit, delivered to the learned Advocate, which is placed on record, the said documents are marked collectively as "X-1" for identification. 3.
