Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the validation proceeding is pending since 2014, same is not yet decided. 2.

Learned AGP submits that, in case the validation proceeding is pending, the Committee would decide the same in accordance with law.

The petitioner has withdrawn her admission from the College where she was initially appointed. As such, directions are sought to decide the validation proceedings expeditiously. The

2 Sr152 WP6620.2017 committee shall decide the validation proceeding within a period of six months from today. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 07.03.2018. The petitioner shall cooperate with the Committee in expeditious disposal of the proceeding. 4.
