For the reasons mentioned in the civil applications for condonation of delay, more particularly, the administrative reasons given and as there is no serious opposition also for the same, the delay of 965 days is condoned.

The civil applications for condonation of delay are disposed of.

Civil Application No.5530 of 2015 & 5532 of 2015 4.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that in connected matters arising out of the same proceedings the amount of 75% is directed to be deposited and he relies upon the order dated 07.10.2021 in First Appeal Stamp No.22534 of 2021. 5.

There shall be ad interim stay to the impugned award of the reference court, subject to deposit of 75% amount as directed by the reference court along with accrued interest thereon till date within a period of 12 weeks from today.
