Heard.

The learned counsel for applicants pointed the order passed by this Court dated 1st December, 2023 passed in Anticipatory Bail Application No.1983 of 2023, by which the directions were given to the applicant to attend the concerned police station once in a week. He pointed out that the applicant is going for spiritual trip for Haridwar, Kedarnath, Gangotri and Jamunotri etc. He, therefore, seeks limited exemption in terms of prayer clause (B).

Considering this prayer, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B).
