ORDER:- 1.

Heard rival submissions. The respective applicants are seeking condonation of delay of only 28 days in these applications, which appears to be caused due to their poor financial condition. The learned Counsel for the Acquiring Body as well as learned A.G.P. strongly opposed the applications on the ground that the delay is not properly explained.

However, considering the statutory right of the applicants, the applications are allowed and the delay of 28

(2) 14 CA-6293.2021 & ors.odt days as mentioned in these applications stands condoned subject to condition that the applicants shall not claim any interest for the said delay period.

The appeals be placed for admission after removal of office objections, if any.
