The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits on instructions that the Petitioner would avail of a statutory remedy, considering that the issue pertains to the contractual employment between the parties.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off. 4.

If the Petitioner files a suit for redressal of his grievance, all contentions are kept open.
