The appeals filed by the petitioners before the scrutiny committee are pending. It is contended that the petitioners have appeared for JEE examination.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the applications filed by the petitioners for issuance of tribe certificates are rejected by the Sub Divisional Officer. The petitioners have filed appeals before the scrutiny committee. The same are pending. The petitioners are exploring possibility of seeking admission in the professional course.

We have also heard the learned Assistant Government Pleader for

In case, appeals filed by the petitioners are pending before the scrutiny committee, then the respondent / scrutiny committee shall take decision upon the appeals filed by the petitioners expeditiously and preferably within a period of fifteen (15) days from today considering the fact that the petitioners are exploring possibility of taking admission in professional course.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
