IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY

BENCH AT AURANGABAD 65 CONT. PETITION NO. 296 OF 2012 IN WRIT PETITION NO.4863 OF 2008 JAGRUTI NIVRUTTI JADHAV

VERSUS

THE STATE OF MAHARASHTRA & OTHERS ...

Advocate for the Petitioner : Mr.V.D.Gunale AGP for Respondent-State : Mr.V.K.Kotecha ...

CORAM : ARUN R. PEDNEKER, J.

DATE : 24.11.2025 P.C. :

1] This Court, by order dated 31st July, 2012, has passed the following order :

1.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the interim order granted at the time of issuing notice i.e. on 6.8.2010 is continued. However, on plain reading of the said order, it does not appear that the same is continued till today. Counsel for the petitioner, therefore, seeks two weeks time to file appropriate application for clarification/modification of the order dated 6.8.2010. 2.

At his request S.O. 23.8.2012.

2] The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that thereafter the petitioner has filed an application for modification of the order dated 06.08.2010, however, no further orders are passed in the matter.

296.12CP 3] Considering that this Court has already observed that the interim relief is not continued. As such, prima facie there would be no contempt at the instance of the respondents. Considering the same, no case is made out. Hence, the Contempt Petition is dismissed.
