The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is pressing for only prayer clause D, which reads as under :- "D) To director the Respondent No.3 i.e. The Collector Jalgaon to decide and consider the Representation dated 03.06.2020 as early as possible preferably within the period of three months by taking into consideration the G.R.

dated 08.06.1995 and 01.04.2010 issued by the Government for the purpose of granting time bound promotion after completion of 12 years service and ACPS scheme after completion of 24 years service by issuing necessary writ or directions as the case may be;"

The learned AGP submits that the District Collector would decide the representation of the petitioner within three months.

As such, this Writ Petition is disposed off.
