The petitioner submits that, for the present, he would be seeking an early decision in his tribe claim proceedings. 2.

The learned A.G.P. submits that the petitioner's case is at the stage of re-verification in the Vigilance Cell Enquiry. He submits that the Committee would require six months time. 3.

The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had earlier approached this Court in Writ Petition No.8367/2019 and by an order dated 10/07/2019, the petition was disposed off with a direction.

Considering the order dated 10/07/2019 passed earlier, this petition is disposed off, with a direction to the Committee, to ensure that the claim of the petitioner shall be decided, on or before 30/09/2022. Priority would be given to this proceeding and the Committee shall not seek an extension of time. 5.

The petitioner shall place a copy of this order before respondent Nos.3 and 4 to indicate to the said authorities, that the petitioner's validity claim would be decided on or before 30/09/2022 and he would communicate the decision of the Committee to respondent Nos.3 and 4, immediately after receiving the copy of the order.
