Civil Application for delay :

Having regard to the reasons stated in the application and as parties are arrived at amicable settlement, it is desirable to condone the delay, the delay stands condoned. The Civil Application for delay stands disposed off.

The present appeal is placed before us in today's Lok-Adalat by consent of the parties.

Parties and their respective Advocates are present. The learned Advocate for Appellant submits that Appellant wants to withdraw the Appeal.

The Appellant has accepted the award passed by the MACT, Ambajogai in MACP No.19/2012.

4.

In view of the withdrawal pursis (marked as "X") the Appeal stands disposed off as withdrawn.

5.

The Court fee refund certificate be issued as per the provisions under the Maharashtra Court Fees Act, 1959.

6.

If the amount is lying in this court, then same shall be transmitted to the concerned court. The original claimants are at liberty to make an application before the concerned MACT for withdrawal of the amount.
