The applicants submits that, pursuant to the orders of this Court dated 29 th January, 2015 proposal is already submitted for giving benefit to the present non applicant to the higher authority i. e. to the Chief Conservator of Forest and the same has been forwarded to the Principal Chief Conservator of Forest for necessary action.

It is also submitted that, the same is now with the Government.

Considering the reasons given the time stipulated in order dated 29 th January, 2015 in Writ Petition No. 4010 of 2014 for compliance is extended by four (4) months. No further extension would be granted. Civil Application disposed of. No costs.
