The petitioner is a minor, who is pursuing his education. He has put forth prayer clause (B), which reads as under :- "(B) To direct the Respondent No.2 - Committee to decide Tribe Claim of the Petitioner within a stipulated period which is pending since 4.1.2022 as this Hon'ble Court deems fit considering the fact that the Petitioner is aspiring admission to Professional Course from Scheduled Tribe category, by issuing appropriate writ, orders, or directions as the case may be;"

The learned A.G.P. submits on instructions from the Committee, that the vigilance enquiry is yet to be concluded and the Committee would require six months time.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. 4.

Considering that the petitioner is a student, we direct respondent No.2 - Committee, to conclude the vigilance enquiry by 30/08/2022. Thereafter, the petitioner would be supplied a copy of the vigilance report within a period of one week. He would tender his response to the report, on or before 15/09/2022 and the Committee would proceed to decide the claim by passing an order, on or before 20/10/2022.
