Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned counsel for respondent No.3 Insurance company. Learned counsel for respondent No.2 remained absent. Despite service of notice, no one else appeared for respondent No.1.
Present application is filed for condonation of 11 days in filing the first appeal against the impugned judgment and award passed by; the MACT Parbhani in MACP No. 311 of 2011. In this view of the matter, there is no impediment to condone the delay. Accordingly, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). Delay caused for filing the first appeal stands condoned. Registry to take requisite steps for further process.
