1] The application is moved for recalling the order passed by the Registrar refusing registration. The petition is dismissed for non-removal of office objections before any notice is issued by the Court. 2] Considering the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause [C] on condition that the applicant removes office objections within a period of two weeks. Civil application is disposed of.
