The present Civil Application is filed to condone the delay of 97 days in filing First Appeal, challenging the judgment and award passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Ahmednagar in M.A.C.P. No. 20/2007. 3.

Learned advocate for respondent vehemently opposed the application stating that delay is not properly explained.
