Leave to amend and add Administrator of respondent no. 4 as a party. The learned A.G.P. waives notice for Administrator.

The petitioner seeks increments.

Mr. Biradar, the learned counsel submits that the petitioner is working as Peon with respondent no. 5. The proposal for increments has not been forwarded, though the petitioner is entitled to.

Mr. Godbole, the learned counsel submits that due to mismanagement Administrator is appointed over respondent no. 4. Administrator is a Government officer. He can be directed to take necessary steps.

Mr. Godbole, the learned counsel further submits that the regular Headmaster is suspended. He has not handed over the record, such as, confidential reports of the employees.

The learned A.G.P. appears for respondents / Authorities including Administrator.

The Administrator may take appropriate steps to get the record. After verifying the record and in consultation with respondent no. 5 the Administrator shall take steps to forward the proposal of the petitioner claiming increments to the Education Officer on its own merits. Respondents no. 4 and 5 shall send the proposal in respect of the increments of the petitioner only after they are convinced about entitlement of the

3 wp 5707.18 petitioner as per the record. The Education Officer shall process the said proposal in accordance with law and take decision upon it within a period of four (04) months from the date of receipt of the proposal.

Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
