It is submitted by Mr. Sonawane, learned counsel for respondent No.5 that the committee constituted as stated in the Government Resolution dated 25.02.2019 is competent to take decision with regard to black listing (page 38 clause 4 of the petition). 2.

The learned AGP also relies on the same and submits that the petitioner can approach the committee as stated under the said Government Resolution.

In view of that, the petitioner may take steps as per the Government Resolution dated 27.02.2019 with regard to black listing. 4.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
