This is an application for withdrawal of amount deposited by the acquiring body.

Admittedly, the respondents acquiring body is required to deposit the compensation of Rs.8,31,00,000/- along with the interest. Out of that they were permitted to deposit Rs.2,00,00,000/- and were granted twelve weeks time to deposit the remaining amount, as per the order dated 09/05/2025.

Taking into consideration the above facts, application is allowed. Applicants are permitted to withdraw the amount deposited by the acquiring body along with the interest accrued as per their entitlement, on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
