1] We are inclined to dispose of present petition by directing respondent no.2 to consider the proposal forwarded by the management referring to petitioner for approval of staffing pattern as the mistake appears to have been committed by not mentioning two divisions of 8th Standard. Respondents to deal with the same as early as possible as the proposal is pending since 18.2.2017 and pass order in accordance with law preferably within four weeks.

2] Petition is disposed of accordingly with liberty. No costs.
