After hearing learned counsel for the applicant and perusal of the F.I.R., we find prima facie involvement of the applicant in the crime in question is writ large. When we expressed disinclination to issue notice to the respondents, learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, comes around to withdraw the application. The criminal application thus stands disposed of as withdrawn.
