Heard learned Counsel for applicants, learned A.G.P. for respondent Nos.3 and 4 and learned Counsel for respondent No.1 and 2.

Learned Counsel for applicants submits that, appellant No.1 - Kaushalyabai Dagadu Khodke is died during the pendency of appeal. Applicant Nos.2 to 7 are her heirs and legal representatives hence, it is not Pooja K.

{2} 12-CA-10547-2022 necessary to take their names on record. There is delay of twelve (12) days for fling this application and the same may kindly be condoned. The name of Kaushalyabai Dagadu Khodke be deleted from appeal memo, civil applications or concerned record.

Considering the submissions of learned Counsel for applicants and reasons mentioned in the application, application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses 'B' and 'C'.
