The applicant - Shree Saibaba Sansthan Shirdi, has moved this application seeking permission to implement resolution No.141 dated 27th February 2025, passed by the Adhoc Committee for issuing e-tender for construction of strong room at the basement opposite Gurusthan for an estimated cost of 67,62,000/-. ₹ 2.

We have perused the contents of the application and we find that at page No.31 of the application is a copy of resolution No.141.

We are satisfied that permission sought in the present Shrikant Malani

1228.CA.6276.2025.doc application deserves to be granted. Accordingly, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B), which reads as follows : "(B) The applicant may kindly be permitted to implement the Resolution No.141 dtd. 27.02.2025 passed by Ad-hoc Committee for issuing E-Tender for construction of the Strong-Room at the basement opposite to the Gurusthan for which an estimated amount of 67,62,000/- is required to be spent." ₹ (Y.
