Heard learned Counsel for applicants, learned A.G.P. for respondent Nos.3 and 4 and learned Counsel for respondent Nos.1 and 2.

Learned Counsel for applicants submits that, this Court has permitted the applicants to withdraw the amount by order dated 21st August, 2020. In the said order name of Kaushalyabai Dagadu Khodke was there, Pooja K.

{2} 12-CA-10545-2022 but now Kaushalyabai is died. Hence, the order dated 21st August, 2020 be modifed accordingly and permit the heirs and legal representatives of Kaushalyabai to withdraw the amount. The legal heirs of Kaushalyabai are already on record.

Considering the submissions of learned Counsel and reasons mentioned in the application, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'.

The applicants are permitted to withdraw the amount as per the earlier order dated 21st August, 2020. 5.

The Civil Application is disposed of.
