Heard. This is an application for extension of temporary bail granted to the applicant by order dated 19/4/2024. The same was further extended by orders dated 24/5/2024 12/6/2024.

The extension of temporary bail is sought on medical ground. It is the contention of the applicant that, he has undergone operation of fracture shaft femur (Rt.).

The learned A.P.P. submits that, the concerned Police Station has verified about the medical condition of the applicant, and as per the certificate issued by the concerned Doctor, the applicant is advised bed rest till 30th June 2024. She submits that, appropriate order be passed. 4.

In view of the above, the temporary bail granted to the applicant is extended till 30th June 2024. The applicant shall surrender before the concerned Jail on 1st July 2024 by 5.00 p.m. The Criminal Application stands disposed of. (NEERAJ P. DHOTE, J.) (R.G. AVACHAT, J.) fmp/-
