Heard the learned counsel for applicant in applications filed for stay against the orders of delivery of awards against the

CA No. 8002/16 appellant/applicant. Seen the judgments. Stay is granted to the impugned awards subject to depositing of entire amount of compensation within twelve weeks from today. In those terms the applications filed for stay are allowed and disposed of.

If the amount is not deposited within aforesaid time, it is to be presumed that no stay is granted by this Court.
