There is innocuous prayer in the Petition, in as much as direction is sought to Respondent No.2 to decide the Tribe Claim of the petitioner within stipulated period.

The fact that tribe claim is pending from the year 2014 and resubmitted in the year 2017 is not in dispute. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that the petitioner will extend full co-operation for early

In the light of above, we direct Respondent No.2 to decide the Tribe Claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and preferably within three months from today.
