The grievance of the Petitioner is that the Petitioner was working as a Vasti Shala teacher. The said Vasti Shala is closed and as per the policy of the Respondent, the Petitioner is required to be appointed as a para teacher.

We have heard Mr.Shelke, learned counsel for Respondent Nos.2 and 3 and the learned AGP for Respondent No.1. It is for the Respondent - Authority to consider the case put forth by the Petitioner and to verify the facts as are narrated by the Petitioner. In light of that, we pass the following order: I.

The Petitioner shall make a representation to Respondent No.2/3 with regard to the grievance of the Petitioner for being appointed as a Para Teacher, which representation would be considered by the competent Authority,
