Mr.Gunale, the learned counsel submits that the proposal is already forwarded by the institution/management for treating the petitioner as trained primary teacher. However, no decision is taken on the same.

2] Mr.Shinde, learned AGP submits that in case said proposal is pending, respondent would decide the said proposal on its own merits.

3] In light of that, we pass following order :

a] The Education Officer i.e. respondent no.3 shall decide the proposal forwarded by the respondent institution of the petitioner for treating him as trained
